2nd Quarter: Reflecting
During the second quarter, I learned so many new lessons not only academically but also about myself and my habits as a student. I discovered that time management is really important, especially when lessons become more difficult and the requirements start to pile up. I learned new concepts in different subjects that challenged me to think more critically and be more responsible for my own learning. I also realized that education is not just about answering modules or passing tests, but about understanding and applying what I learn in real life.
However, this quarter was not easy. I struggled with procrastination a lot, and it affected my performance and stress level. I kept delaying tasks, thinking I still had plenty of time, but soon everything felt rushed. There were days when I felt overwhelmed by quizzes, projects, and activities all happening at the same time. The lessons were harder than before, and sometimes I felt like giving up because I couldn’t keep up with everything.
To overcome these challenges, I started to make small changes in how I manage my time. I tried to set personal deadlines earlier than the actual due dates so I wouldn’t cram at the last minute. I also created simple to-do lists to remind myself of what I needed to finish first. Even though I still procrastinated sometimes, I pushed myself to at least start my tasks instead of waiting until the very end. I learned to ask for help from my classmates and teachers whenever I didn’t understand something, and it made things easier.
Moving forward, I want to become more disciplined and consistent with my schoolwork. I will try to avoid procrastinating and focus more on my goals, especially because I want to do better in the next quarters. I will continue to improve my study habits, manage my time more wisely, and believe in myself even when things get difficult. This quarter may have been challenging, but it taught me valuable lessons that I will carry with me as I continue my journey in Grade 10.

Keep up the good work!
